Exercise Time Overview
Indoor Bike or Spin Bike, or Elliptical Machine 30 Minutes Do 30 minutes on the indoor bike or spin bike, or on the elliptical machine—your choice. Work at a moderate level, with the goal to achieve and maintain a Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) of 6 - 7.
