For this first week, set the treadmill incline at level 1 and alternate between two minutes walking at 3.8 mph and one minute jogging at 5.8 mph for a total of 30 minutes. If you are already in excellent cardio shape, feel free to increase the time, distance, and intensity of this workout. |
