DAY 6: EXTRA CREDIT DAY - SWIMMING

Exercise Time Overview
Swimming 30 Minutes Minimum Get in the pool (or a lake or ocean if you live somewhere warm) for at least 30 minutes of low-impact swimming. Do laps slowly, focusing on building endurance. Try not to stop often to rest. If you're too tired from the week's workouts or just can't fit it in your schedule, you can skip this extra credit day. That said, we highly recommend it for your mental health as much as your physical health. Never underestimate the power of being active!
