DAY 6: EXTRA CREDIT DAY - OUTDOOR HILL/TRAIL POWER HIKE

Exercise Time Overview
Outdoor Hike or Power Walk 45 Minutes Minimum Take a power outdoor hike on a trail with hilly terrain, or, if you don't have access to a trail, on the roads. The hills will raise your heart rate and give your legs a good workout. If you're too tired from the week's workouts or just can't fit it in your schedule, you can skip this extra credit day. That said, we highly recommend it for your mental health as much as your physical health. Never underestimate the power of being active!
