[i think i am: ]

1) a musician -in theory a concert pianist, in practice a bit of that and a lot of teaching -.
i love the long process of mastering repertoire and performing it, no matter what the venue is. ( usually small and very badly remunerated... haha ..*cries* ). I don't have a "career" ,
i'm not that mundane... maybe i'm not that good.
2) a cyclist . Mountain biking ( XC) =huge passion. I love my Santa Cruz Superlight more than .. well a lot of things, but probably less than my next bike. Done years of racing , gave it up, somewhat missing it. ..somewhat.
3) a runner . Mainly a 5k and 10k . Done one 1/2 marathon and decided i didn't really like it. But ... maybe this year... I'm changing my life a lot , throwing new things in, some old things out.
4) a XC skier. I take out my classic or skating skis depending on conditions and glide away . Groomed or back country trails , it's all good.... -24 C is not so good.
5) a 52 y.o. guy , kicking the hourglass ,...heard time stops when reaching the speed of light.
So I love speed,and $500 speeding tickets , and not my fucking Sonata .( hate that car...
why did i sell my Supra... *ah..yeah.. that head gasket ..* )
6) a part time farmer : family estate, me and my brother sell hay which we produce . In Summer, i lift hay bales, many bales in very little time... and i swear at the weather ( that's the fun part )
7) a gay man : semi closeted for many years. Then came out past 40 . Boyfriends are still a vague concept of the mind. Do i look gay, act gay, speak gay? dunno , probably not, pfft, haven't got a clue,who gives a shit. *shrugs*

8) a gymmer ( no such word ) : gym has become part of my life also. I now train more seriously amongst many beefs and i really should wear my glasses there because no matter how defined and buff they all look out of focus.
9) already speaking french ( mother tongue) , english, some german , and learning spanish.
resuming german next summer .
