My gym: Tangible Fitness (local, diverse, and clean)
Weight training: 5 times per week 50 minutes per session
Cardio training: 2 times per week 60 minutes per session
Sports I like: Cycling, Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Swimming, Tennis, Weight training

I wish I had a bigger chest but can't seem to get it...I must have skinny chest DNA.
I trailrun between 5 and 6 miles, 2 or 3 times a week on South Mountain. I work out 3 times a week, I typically use a workout from Men's Health.
I'm not a screaming queen but nobody would confuse me for a straight guy...LOL, except perhaps a woman!!! I like to eat clean and avoid processed foods. I'm pretty liberal politically but that is probably because I'm an anarchist at heart (not the bomb making kind though).
