I flunked out of the 12 wk program guys, workaholism won out over gym time, so I had to succum to a trainer. Finally making progress on the whole hard gainer/muscle thing, Damn my sadistic trainer; cut out most chocolate & simple carbs, and replaced it with the old 6 meals a day of real food (after he had the nerve to term my food journal 'pathetic, abismal, and inconducive to life in general). the main pic makes me look like an old man. Yes, I know--I gotta get some decent ones in here. I just hate photos.

In process....Intrigued by the fun things in life. Clean man Not afraid to get my hands (or body) dirty..could spend from morning till night with my garden and koi, walking in the rain of seattle but would rather spend some time with someone else too. Tend to be empassioned with things that interest me..be it hobbies or my profession, or people in my life. Could get lost for hours in a bookstore, exploring the city, or out hiking up the side of a mountain. Like a bit of adventure, but please leave the chaos behind.
