I'm a filmmaker. Based in UK, but work takes me to US, Europe and Japan a fair bit. Big fan of sports - played semi-pro football, but now do all sorts, tennis, squash, rugby etc. Trying to pack on a bit more muscle (particularly chest) so advice/tips welcome.
