Fitness is a big part of my life and therein lies my preference.
I workout 6 times a week with sessions lasting between 20-40 mins depending on the metabolic condition routine I'm doing at the time. This can involve Olympic lifting, free weights, body weight exercises, sprinting, rowing, skipping, handstand push ups, chin ups etc.
