I can't believe I turn 51, soon. LOL. I am in the best shape ever and hope to motivate and ispire others on my journey. I plan on competing in 2018. I Am a giving caring individual who helps out his friends and family, they mean everything to me. If you become freinds with me you will have a friend for life. -Into the gym, weightlifting, eating healthy and living a healthy life. I love muscle and I want to meet someone who not only "gets that" but lives his life like that as well. I have a strong spirituality toward God and mankind. I love animals and children.
