I trained on and off for years, only really getting into it when I was 45. For the last 18 months I've not been able to train and I would really like to get back into it. I now have the time to do something about it. Would love to hear from older guys about their experience and about trying to grow when the hormones have subsided a bit.
I wish I'd known about this site a few years ago when I was younger....
