    Description

    Greetings, I found this comunity doing a search for a place where i can find people with interest somewhat similar to mine and also to meet new friends and, why not, get any good advice in how to get bigger and stronger. I also like to meet quality people.

    Sometimes i'm a little workoholic, sometimes i spend my time watching the shows i love, like fringe, supernatural, csi or rewatching those old ones i've recorded like 4400, star trek, stargate, etc. in many occasions i go out and visit some friends or go to the movies.

    Love many kind ofs of music, from a soft tune to a jumping beat, even in foreign languages (my first language is spanish), ive found great music and songs in english (my favorite music language), french and also in spanish.

    Life sometimes doesn't leave you time to do many things, but i try to steal a few hours from life and do something different.

    I'm a muscle admirer and recently took seriously the weight training after a few months doing it with no reason or no purpose. Now i have decided to set goals in weight, in shape, y muscle mass in general. I wish i could turn back the hands of time and done it long before, but l belive is never too late.

    Periodically i'm going to update my profile with my progress pics and other things about me and my hobbies and/or occupation that by the way i am a little bit of nerd who wants to become bigger and stronger.

    I will post a few pictures regulary to evaluate my progress and you can feel free to post any comment on them, i appreciate any good advice and any ideas on how to get better.

    Below this line i will share my own comments and thoughts about my progress with some data on reference of it.
