    So I am primarily on here to give this 12 week work out program set a try. Started this whole thing the second week of February. So let's see how it goes!

    Feb 16th -
    Well one week down and it kicked my ass! This week there were parts of my body that have never been sore. The muscles on the insides of my legs, the top of my butt right where it meets my back and parts of my shoulders! I am really liking the high reps and lower weights. I find that I am able to push myself for one or two more reps with the lower weights than I would at my 100% level. This has to be key in building mass!

    Oh and another thing! I am eating like crazy, which I have not done in a long time. Definitely supplying the fule to build. I have dropped a pound, so maybe I am losing some fat too!
