Get Fit and Informed
This workout will give RJ users the chance to work directly with Billy Polson and Mike Clausen, the creators of the RealJock 12-Week Strong and Lean Program and 12-Week Muscle Building Program, as well as with trainer Ryan Allen (fitness and wellness contributor to RealJock), in an indoor gym setting as they run a workout for the group. Mike, Billy and Ryan will walk you through a full body workout using the same cable, dumbbell and ball exercises seen in their 12-week programs. As they do, they will address the needs of individual participants, and correct form faults that may be putting you at risk for injury (or at least limiting your performanc). This is a great chance for individuals to get one-on-one form advice not only for these workouts, but also ideas to help them with correcting their form and posture in all of their gym workouts.
The 60-minute workout will circuit attendees through an intense full body workout series, targeting all the major muscle groups and paying close attention to body alignment, imbalance corrections, postural analysis and core development. All attendees will not only walk away with a great sweat—they will also leave with a full documentation of the workout so they can recreate the experience on their own afterwards in their own gym.
