Join the Second RJ/Diakadi Beyond Bootcamp Workout Series

There is just no replacement for getting your butt kicked in person by Diakadi Body co-founders Billy Polson and Mike Clausen, and their co-trainer Josh Leeger. So far, we've been proud to bring you three series of RealJock/Diakadi bootcamps. This summer we introduced a hugely popular new series of outdoor workouts, and we're excited to be able to offer it again for September. It's time to go beyond bootcamp, to a new series of outdoor workouts designed to take you to the next level. Ready for an intense, cutting-edge workout in a beautiful location? Then this outdoor workout series is for you. Here you can see a group from our last series stretching in the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge:

How are these workouts different from a standard bootcamp? Simple. The RealJock/Diakadi Outdoor Workouts aim at teaching clients instead of breaking them down. Clients of any age or fitness level are welcome to participate. Each individual learns self-assessments for posture, flexibility, strength and muscle-balance. These are incredibly useful tools for obtaining optimal bodies in fitness, wellness and functional daily living. In addition, the all encompassing workout includes everything from core stabilization drills and sand resistance training to obstacle and relay courses for total body strengthening. This series is a sure guarantee for any individual to improve their posture, reduce body fat, gain strength, and test their endurance (below, a bunch of intrepid guys do a wall-sit for quad strength).

The Outdoor Workouts are also intended to lay a solid foundation for future workouts. Most clients will burn an average of 1,000 calories per session, and each receives a written workout straight from the instructors! These take home workouts give each client several weeks of exercises and homework to perform on their own for no additional charge. And, with workouts three days per week, participants will have be able to see their strength and fitness gains develop over the course of the month—not to mention find some great new San Francisco spots to work out in. The outdoor workout series will gather in Mission Creek Park, Baker Beach, and Golden Gate Park to get our sweat on, and for all of September we'll meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 a.m. and every Saturday at 10 a.m. Each session is $20 or $200 for all 12 sessions (a $40 savings). It's scenic, it's effective, and it's affordable.

For those of you who have not yet experienced the Diakadi training method, you should find out what you've been missing. Diakadi co-founders Billy and Mike are well-known to RealJock members as creators of our 12-week Diakadi Body workouts. Billy and Mike offer training governed by principles of functional movement, proper form, and high intensities. The Details
The Outdoor Workout Series will run every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday beginning on September 8th and for the entire month. Weekday workouts will begin at 6:30 a.m., Saturday workouts begin at 10 a.m. All workouts will be one hour in length, giving you plenty of time to be showered and changed for work or Saturday lunch. Feel free to sign up for whichever workouts you can attend at $20 per workout. If you think you can do the entire series, save $40 by buying a complete package for $200.
