    Hey everyone, im 26 years old. Love bodybuilding and growing- although i've already added some decent size i want to get a lot bigger- around 280 lbs and ripped. So i have a long way to go to get there... Right now i am 221 lbs and still have another 59 to go (and its my goal within 3 years!)

    i am a personal trainer, and really enjoy in a ways pushing people to reach their goals.... it's hard work in many areas, but it makes me feel good when ive helped someone attain their goals. And it can happen faster than most people think with the right regimen. So yeah if you have any questions def feel free to ask me.

    Ill just throw this in, and it is a bit of a rant, but it really is dissapointing when im in the gym and i see people using terrible form on their exercises- whether it be a very limited range of motion, bouncing, or excessive cheating (or all of the above) i very rarely see people really working the muscle, squeezing the rep, and keeping constant tension on the muscle. Yes, it is ok to move the body slightly when training, but its much better to use less weight with constant tension on the muscle, versus more weight and cheating the rep up. Dorian Yates is my hero- i've learned so much watching his videos and training method.

    Pretty much most of my life though and what i do revolves somewhat around the gym, although i have other interests - bodybuilding is by far my main interest in life and i feel it has always been my destiny to get huge (ever since i was very young, around 5 years old) i just have always loved muscle and the thought of packing on pounds and pounds of muscle - i won't lie, it turns me on. But yes, I love watching myself grow bigger and bigger and it would be nice to do it with someone too.

    I have always been interested in meteorology, investing/ finance, and i love to travel as well. I like going to new places and seeing new things. I can be a bit shy though, but it usually isn't hard to break through :) I have verified my profile here too and included my verification picture, just to prove i am who I say i am.

    Some of my lifting stats currently (my max reps and weight, while maintaining solid form in a set) as of June 2011

    flat bench press- 370 lbs for 6 reps
    dubmell curls- 65 lbs for 10 reps (each hand)
    smith squat- 455 lbs for 10 reps
    dumbell shoulder press- 130 lbs for 6 reps (each hand)
    one arm seated rows- 155 lbs for 9 reps
    barbell skullcrusher- 155 lbs for 12 reps

    In case youre wondering ide say im more of a top than a bottom, but i can be vers too, it just all depends
