My answer is that I don't know, but it certainly would be dangerous if there were any breaks on the skin. It also wouldn't be such a good idea to get it in one's penis hole (what is that called?).
But if the skin of the shaft is healthy and unbroken, it's possible that it might not be especially dangerous. After all, we know that HIV can't survive long outside the body, and we know that HIV cannot permeate unbroken skin.
