I have a few questions and I would like an honest opinion seeing as there are a lot of healthy people on hereicon_smile.gif

I created a meal plan which I can stick to strictly and I workout 5 days a week with cardio being the main focus.

I just want to know if what I'll be doing is a good way to loose the desired weight I want to or do I have to re-adjust the meal plan?

Okay here's the meal plan (which I haven't started yet)

1 bowl of Special K w/lactose free milk
    32 oz filtered water

    Mid morning snack
Shake (10 strawberries, 1 banana, 1 orange & 4 cups of pulp orange juice)

Sandwich (2 slices of bread, mixed meats, two slices of cheese)
1 cup of lactose free milk

    Mid afternoon snack
    4 granola bars
    32 oz filtered water

    2 boneless boiled chicken breasts
    1/2 cup of wild rice
    8 pieces of broccoli boiled
    32 oz filtered water

    Gym time
    32 oz filtered water

    Now I can't eat fish (which I wish I could & I'm lactose intolerant)

My workout is 15 miles on the bike (bad knees) & I do a target workout (Monday arms, Tuesday legs, Wednesday back, Thursday shoulders & Friday chest area) these workouts are just a generalization but I'm hoping you get the idea.

So based on this plan, will I be able to loose the weight I want or do I have to scratch it and redo it over?

Any and all feedback would be helpful and greatly appreciated.icon_biggrin.gif

Okay so it seems that I am not getting the answer I would have hoped for. Which is okay, I'll search elsewhere until I find someone who can assist/help me in this.
