Hey I'm an 18 year old...I basically have been working my abs out on and off for the past 2 months...and yeh, I want a 6 pack.

I dont weigh alot really. Im 5ft 7 and weight around 10 stone, probably a little less.

Am I meant to be eating alot to gain muscle? Or less to lose fat? Im also training my pecs and arms, and shoulders. Is there a possiblr way i can go about getting fat-less abs, but nice bigger pecs/arms at the SAME time/????? Any idea of nutritional plans?
