You guys are really talented! I can barely draw a bath, but always wanted to be able to draw and paint.

BFG, your work is wonderful. Hope you continue to paint.

All you artists do solid and interesting work.

I don't have my .com up and running yet(there's no good excuse!), but these all all link to my Flickr account, which contains a lot of snap-shotty type of photos along with some of the more serious work.

These are part of a series I'm still working on at the moment, and much larger versions are available on Flickr if you're interested.

    Garden of the Gods

    Angel Mounds

    Rebirth (cropped)

    Times Square Madness

On top of the city (reshoot)

bg great work I love plants and nature

yoga thats bizarrely brilliant I love subject matter that makes your head go all fuzzy when you try to interpret it

And I love JPR's one Im trying to read it all at the second! Those sort of paintings blow my mind its like Monet and Cezane etc how did they have such vision that a few small dots can culminate to form a much bigger greater image

He's probably already been said but I like Patrick Fillion, his work is great. I love the fantasy element of Heroes being gay.

    bfg1, are those oil?

Diver Science, I did a very similar 'shoe' drawing in pen and ink many years ago. (I like your's better).

damned_hunter, what do you work in? (3D app and/or paint app)

    jprswim, what a beautiful piece.

    GHoSTa, cacti, and LASurfer: wow!

There's a lot of beautiful work here.

I've always wanted to do a male nude shot, but can't afford a good model and I'm way to shy to ask someone at the gym. It could still happen someday though.

Why not do a self portrait?

I did these, same subject with three different lighting options.

Some of my digital paintings. I love painting with the computer and don't have to clean the usual mess of traditional media.(yes, I am a lazy ass).

Always had fun playing around on the regular ol' "paint" program. Was doodling one day and a friend caught me! Encouraged me to keep doing more. Love this thread, all of you guys are amazing.

This one was for my best friend. No special occasion, but he was the complete inspiration:

This one for another friend, and huge Jags fan. I'm a Cowboys fan, but we don't have conference conflicts so I cheer em on. Love Del Rio!
    Photobucket

This one was inspired by the color of my eggs when I was cooking em with spinach and onions.

BGcat, when i graduated from school and had no more art classes, i too didn't want to ask people to pose for me. i missed my figure drawing class, my favorite. so i video taped myself jumping around my room naked then uploaded it and drew from some of the still action frames. if you really want it to happen, make it work. there must be some life drawing classes in your area.
