I've always wanted to do a male nude shot, but can't afford a good model and I'm way to shy to ask someone at the gym. It could still happen someday though.

I started working out so I could pose for myself... you could always do that. But then again you could ask some of your friends. I've met a couple of guys at the gym who eventually posed for me. The winged man in my sketches (see my last post on this thread) is actually a friend of mine from the gym.

Ahm... it helps if he has a crush on you hahaha... but no, nothing happened.

I used to paint a lot...here's the only one I have left (I've given all the rest to friends):

Nowadays, I just like to have fun with photography & Photoshop. I also play around with some basic computer graphics as well...all just for fun.

    bgcat57 saidbfg1, are those oil?

nah acrylics but I do use alot of heacy structure gel.

Again just a very very amature starting out but doing this one for a friend. Havent finished yet as am now adding some finer detail to the border to tie the picture in more. Very camp I know but thats the idea of it icon_lol.gif

Powertrip, your pictures aren't showing up. You need to upload them to an image hosting website, like photobucket.

A friend and I tried to start a gay/lesbian greeting card business, but it was just too costly. Aside from some inventory, I have all the images (I was the main photographer).

I thought I'd share some of my art, although I'm not a painter, my partner and I make our living as "designer machinists" and create our own line of steel jewelry by hand-fabrication on manual lathes and mills. These are some of my favorite things we've done recently! The last pic is of me making stuff on the lathe and a shot of our store. You can see more stuff at

Yep, we ship globally, and if you're interested in trying some of our stuff I'd recommend our pendant of the month--each month we do one of our necklaces for just $40, and this month's is a cool rectangle pendant with copper stripes in it. Here it is:

    ne1030.jpg

    http://www.spexton.com/ViewProduct.asp?ModelNumber=NE1030

Here's a little shameless plug about Spexton:

When you see steel jewelry on the market it is virtually always mass-produced on computerized machines. Spexton, however, is made entirely without such help, and each item we craft is a handmade original. When you buy our stuff you're supporting a gay couple who live and work above our studio living our dream of self employment!
