Monday was supposed to be my second week on a Hypertrophy-Specific Training routine. I was really excited about getting into the thick of this program.

Then, it happened.

I was wrestling with my dog (an actually dog, not the live-in slave) when he leaped back and ran headlong into my locked knee, all 110 lbs of him.

It is Wednesday and I am not as gimpy as I was yesterday. Well, I can always say I am starting off with a little Strategic Deconditioning.
