Would anyone suggest how to tackle HBP while gymming?
I do a lot of swimming to calm the beast down, diet (the 1800kcal one here in RJ is great and really works). So I am suposed to be on the right track but, as the close relation weight/HBP or better fat body index/HPB, I need to build up some lean to sobstitute the big enemy!!icon_lol.gif
My fitness boss said me to take it easy and not to put my body under too much pressure and I have temporary "banned" from the weights area: just swimming and cardio. While I agree with this I find it a bit boring and would move ahead as soon as possible and start again lifting, even "sensibly".
Any suggestion?
