I just came across this tonight and found the website that lists its ingredients:http://www.stemulite.com/index.php/Contents/Stemulite-Dietary-Contents.html
It explains various elements -- some of which are good, but others I would say are only remotely useful in terms of muscle growth. I think getting this stuff from food sources is best.
One thing they hype, hype, hype is the massively better sleep users claim. The evening dose contains plain, cheap melatonin in a 2mg dose. I've used melatonin on occasion, but I find that using 1, 2 or 3mg makes me groggy the next day, not to mention how hard it is to just wake up. I have used .5mg quite effectively. There is also evidence that some
people prone to depression will experience an increase in depression when melatonin is used during the winter months.
I think I'd opt to spend my money more wisely.
