How often hitting the gym?

    Does anyone split there workouts at the Gym to an AM and PM,

    I live 2 mins from my gym and have considered doing AM cardio and PM lifting.

    Could this be beneficial? I am looking to gain size to burn more calories to slim down. To a two handed approach?

    Thoughts?

    5 days a week, Monday-Friday immediately after work for no more than 1 hour. It works out perfectly.

    Six days. Sometimes as many as three times (morning cardio, workout, evening cardio).

    Right now, we hit about 5 days, and twice a day (morning cardio, workout).

    Because we work from home, it breaks our day up, and is more effective.

    I work out 3 to 4 times a week, two hour full body workout. for cardio I run 30 to 40 miles a week

    I hit the gym in the triathlon off-season (for me that's October-April). Usually 3-4 times a week, but that's coupled with trail running, swimming and mountain biking.

    6 days a week to work out. I go on my off day to use the pool during the summer.

    3 days/week, about 70 minutes each time. The other days I run -- outdoors -- usually about 30 miles/week.

    Usually, I work out everyday - morning and evening. I don't really try to 'kill' myself working out keeping in mind that I want to come back the next day. Some days I just say, 'I need a break today,' and I won't go. I find that working out everyday helps me sleep that night.

    Usually 5 days a week, but typically do two workouts a day. Cardio in morning which is running and biking (on trails or roads) or swimming (in gym) and evening strength training in the gym. Longer cardio on weekends outside and one day of rest and recovery.
