I recently had a very, very bad cold virus. I seem to be over the worst of it, but I still get very tired in the evenings. I was in bed for almost 5 days with it.
It's been three since my first sick day. Is it OK to go back to exercising? Should I gradually build up to my usual levels of exercise?
