Hey Everyone, never posted on a forum before, but I thought I'd give it a try. So this semester has been a particulary rough one and as a result I've gained a ton of weight. I am very unhappy with the way I am looking currently seeing as just last semester I was down to 185lbs and now I am back at 217lbs. I've also just been so overwhelmingly stressed with stuff related to my fraternity, teaching, and school that I seem to have lost my workout time in the process. I am working on making some progress and I know I can get back to where I was, but how do I keep the stress in check because that really seems to be the underlying problem. Also, if anyone has any quick, easy, healthy food options, that would be great as well. Thanks!
