Taking A Break

    So I am gonna continue lifting heavy until the week before Christmas until after New Year's Day (so about 2-3) weeks. During this time I am not 100% sure what to do. I do not want to lose any of the muscle I have gained so far. I am guessing I just keep eating as I am while working out. I also imagine that I would have to do SOMETHING not just nothing. Like maybe real light cardio and exercises like pushups, etc. I won't have access to a gym during this time anyway, just home. So what's a good plan? Thanks

    Good plan would be to not feel bad, give your body a nice guilt free rest, and then come back stronger, you dont loose all your muscle in 3 weeks and its actually good for you to have such breaks in between icon_smile.gif
