Three years ago in a push for health, I was jogging on the treadmill. i lost a good bit of work, but then I developed posterior tibial tendonitis in both legs. Went to therapy for ages and eventually had a boot on my one leg.

I am working out again, and have lost 40+ lbs. I want to lose just a little bit more. I think Jogging will do it. Plus a friend has challenged me to do a half marathon with him.

How can I prevent getting tendonitis again? Stretches for it? Bands for my legs? Any advice?
