Have you ever found being angry or pissed off increases your workout abilities?

    Oh yeah. I just have to think of one of my old high school teachers (who oddly enough can somehow find ways to piss me off long after the last time I ever saw him) and I'm gold.

    it's safe for others that I don't work out while I'm pissed or angry. I like to got the gym in a good spirits and in a positive state of mind!
