    I am 5'7 / 5'8. I weigh 135.

I look nowhere near as big as some of the guys on here at the same weight, or 5 pounds heavier.

Truth me told I did gymnastics and trampoline and now dance, so my calves and thighs are pretty strong and muscular, but it just sucks not look as big, chest and armwise, as other guys.

No one looks at legs and says "damn' he's hot " LOL

Would gainging more fat percentage look good on someone like me? To fill me out a bit?

It's hard to tell without more pics of you. But at age 19 and your same height I was also 135. And likewise thought I looked frail & spindly, my hourglass figure even effeminate. Yet I could outperform most guys in physical tasks, because I was all muscle.

Then I enlisted in the US Army, and started eating 3 big meals a day, while being highly active. I quickly got to 147 by the end of Basic Training, a weight I maintained for a full 20 years afterwards, though never my deliberate intention. It's was just the weight my body seemed to like. (We won't talk about how truly fat I am today at 61 icon_redface.gif )

Don't gain fat -- gain muscle mass. Eat more, and wisely, exercise, sculpt your body. There are lots of resources on this site to tell you how to do that, plus Google the Internet.

Well see. I havent eaten less than 3500 calories a day, in about 3 months, except when iwas sick for 2 weeks.

I'm training for auditions in dance now, so a lot of exercise. I can just never gain any weight or muscle.
