Have you ever been told by someone that you are TOO healthy? Some people at my office have said that to me a number of times and although I know they don't mean it in a condescending manner I find it a bit strange and quite funny. One co-worker told me that I need to 'have fun' when I eat, which I'm sure to her meant that I need to eat fast food and trans-fat laden sweets. Someone else told me that I go to the gym too much and that I am 'manorexic' about my appearance. I just want to look good and be healthy. I enjoy eating 'clean' foods that are seasoned and prepared well because they taste good and are good for me. What's wrong with that??? I do indulge in 'bad' food a couple times a week but I don't eat it every day at every meal.
Hell, I could be like half of them and be overweight and tell myself "I can't wait until I weight 325lbs., can't walk properly, have digestive issues, not see my 'pride and joy,' and clog my arteries with HFCS and trans fats! Yay! I can't contain myself because it's ALWAYS been my dream to be overweight and un-healthy by the time I'm 55!"
