I think it's photoshoped, Look at those triceps! No human being can get this big tricep in proportion to his body.

In this case, I would not agree. It's a photo of bodybuilder Bob Paris and his (then) spouse Rod Jackson when they were together in the early 1990's in an ad for Diesel Jeans. The photo was in a nostalgic WWII style and it was plastered across magazines like Out and Genre around 1993 0r 1994. Bob Paris certainly had huge arms and the rest of him was scarcely puny. I met him and Rod Jackson here in Coral Gables in 1994 when they came to do a book signing. They were big boys. Paris won serious bodybuilding awards in the 1980's and came out in an interview in Ironman Magazine in the summer of 1989.
