I am in the middle of bulking. I'm 5'10" and am a hardgainer. Eventually, I want to be lean (below 10%) and around 165 lbs. Right now, I am at 166 lbs. and 14% body fat. I want to gain some more weight and then lean out for about 12 weeks to my goal. How much should I weigh before I start to lean out in 12 weeks to 165 lbs and below 10% body fat? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
