Any Final Fantasy Fans?

  Hey Guys,
  
  I think Final Fantasy is one of the greatest franchises in the video gaming world.
  
  I loved each and every installment from FF7 till FF12 (havent played 13 yet and I heard good things about FF6).
  
  So what do you think is the best FF? My vote goes to FF7. Classically amazing, mind-blowing plot, memorable characters....

  Im a fan. Played Final Fantasy 7 - 13. Final Fantasy 8 was my first and still my favorite despite the general hate for it in the fandom.

  Final Fantasy VII has always been my favorite growing up. I was even more surprised when I found out about the movie!

  agreed, I started with 8 as well and it is still one of my favorites. I don't have much time to play anymore, but FF XIII is a great game, so I'm hoping to eventually beat it. I even tried XI but it was so frustrating and time consuming I gave up on it.
  
  I went back later and played the earlier ones when they came back out. My all time favorite though is probably FF X. They really stepped up their game on that one. Story, music, graphics, battle, best summon system to date, large world, its all there.

  FF7 was definitely a turning point in the series, it seemed. The story, gaming mechanics, and overall depth of the game are just a few reasons why it's become so popular. I would say that it is among my top favorite video games, though my most favorite would have to be the very first Final Fantasy.

  Final Fantasy 8 is also my favorite in the series! It is soo amazing! I still reference it sometimes.
  
  I am currently playing FF13. It is a pretty cool game once you get the swing of the paradigms. My only con about that game is that it is linear. I like open world RPG's so that I can explore the world. I stopped playing FF10 because of that same issue.

  I'm a huge fan =]
  
  My favorite is FFX (X2 was a bit meh, but can pass). I've finished FFXIII for the PS3 and it's not bad. Gameplay and graphics are amazing. Just that the story didn't hit me well.

  I live for the series. I need to play 7, since i've not done so, but did enjoy the movie and kinda know the story line. I loved 8, 10 was my favorite, played 12, and 13. also played 1 and 2 on my iphone.. loved em

  I loved the FF franchise, but I just dont have a whole lot of time to play anymore... I liked FF7-X, but actually my favorite was FFII or III (US). I'm old school, I know...

  I LOVE FFs. i can't wait to play FF14 PS3. i heard it's boring online game right now. but i'm sure that sony will make it much better fun to play before PS3 game disc comes out.

  I LOVE Final Fantasy. FFX is my favourite since it has a great story to it. Never actually played the 7th but downloaded the movie and played sequel games such as "dirge of cerberus" And if i bought a new playstation, it would only be for new Final Fantasy games.

  Oh man am I ever a final fantasy fan....I just love the series as a whole..I really don't have a favourite because each was so unique in their stories...

  I played only 4-6 and loved them. I also liked some of the offshoots like Bahamut's Lagoon, and Secret of Mana series.

  I've played final fantasy X, X-2, XII, and XIII. my favorite by far was X. I fell in love with the story and I even almost cried at the end... very touching moments lol.

  I personally LOVED FF9 and 10, both had great story and amazing graphics! FFX is so much fun when you get all of their ultimate weapons, Lulu's was a pain in the ass and needed so many red bull..... however my ultimate favourite that is sitting on the champion stand is CHRONO CROSS!

  Big FF fan. Just like many my favorite FF game is FF7. Also enjoyed playing FF6, FF8, FF 9 and FFX. (I really like Testuya Nomura's work)

  I loved Final Fantasy growing up! Hated 8! Didn't like 12, and 13 was not my cup of tea...

  Huge Fan!! I started with 8 and I loved it (I didn't even know English back then and I would use a dictionary to translate word for word hahahaa).
  I have played them all. I still tear up when I play 7 and I get to the end of the first disc (you know what I am talking about), however VIII has a special place.

  First, I wanna say Final Fantasy is the biggest video game franchise in the world and the longest-running one. What comes close to its popularity? GTA, Halo maybe, but they're not even close.
  
  Final Fantasy 7 is such a great love story that it stands high above anything anyone has done in the video game world. Each Final Fantasy has a genius moment.
  
  Not to give anything away, but Kefka's insanity in FF6 and Rinoa's loophole in FF8 show what geniuses there are at square enix and on the final fantasy teams.
  
  Nobuo Uematsu is one of the greatest music composers for video games ever. I have all the soundtracks of FF7-10. Yep, I am that FF nerdy. hehe.
  
  And yeah, I bought the PS2 just for FFX...
