4-day workout plans?

    Can anyone help with an effective 4-day workout plan? I only have about 1.25 hours in the gym 4 days a week now and not sure how to split it. Would love some help. Thanks guys.

    Currently my 4 day per week schedule which I'm happy with since it allows adequate recovery looks like this:

    Mon: chest/bis
    Tue: back/traps
    Thu: legs
    Fri: delts/tris

    There are thousands of exercise variations so my routine per bodypart varies week by week. A two week sample of my workouts would make for a pretty long post!

    FYI, on Wed and Sat I swim and do yoga.

    I'm also looking for a new 4 day a week workout, with a couple of cardios thrown in on non gym days.

    My problem is that there are just so many possible exercises out there that I get overwhelmed with all the choices, when I try to design a program, or I find that I try to fit too many into one day and I end up overdoing it, getting too sore and then feeling discouraged.

    So if anyone knows a good website or has the time to post their four day workout, that would be great.

    I looked at some of the workouts here on realjock, but I don't really understand how they work and I didn't recognize many of the exercises that are listed, so I was worried I wouldn't get the form right and mess myself up.
