Anyone ever felt so much pain while your running? I havent done anything strenuous or out of the ordinary to my legs lately but today I decided to go jogging around the track and my usuall 1-2 miles was turned into 2 small laps before the pain was unbarable and I was winded. Stretched for a good 10-15 minutes before I started running and stretched again when the pain started, and attempted a few more laps but could barely get through 3 more. However I do have diagnosed knee syndrome problems but haven't really done anything to trigger the pain. Has anyone found a way to deal with this or a master stretch thatll work out any pain icon_rolleyes.gif ?
