SpaceKadet2000 saidMine is 4.7% and just got it measured a few weeks ago when I started seeing a new trainer. I eat low to no saturated fat, no break, milk, etc and mostly lean protein. Lots of Japanese food :-)

Judging the pic of your torso I would not classify you as under 5%. This guy in the pic below is Mark and he is the director of LeanGains.com and his body fat is 5.5%. He is obviously much more ripped than you.

But don't get me wrong, you look incredible and have a great body. But your body fat does not appear to be that low unless your pics don't reflect your current level of lower body fat.

Here is Mark at 5.5%. Looks like a cadaver at his weight.

The pic of him in the upper left is obviously an older pic to compare his transformation.

I'm actually a bit more cut now than the current pics reflect in my profile. I found it hard to believe I was at that percentage, too. The trainer told me that whatever is in my abdomen region is most likely water and not fat, too, so who knows. I'm not sure if this will link properly since it's leading to my Facebook profile, but here's a snapshot of my results in fine print (4.6% actually).

I bought one of those electric bmi testers that you hold. It said something mean and I threw it against the wall and stepped on it a dozen times.icon_cry.gif

Well, considering body fat takes into account ALL visceral organs as well as bone marrow... It can definitely be deceiving what you see on the outside. You don't know how large someones intestines REALLY are until you take Anatomy and view them o.O Or kill em...

Also, if you get tested correctly as far as I know no liquids should interfere with the readings, however this may only be for underwater weighing.

    MuchMoreThanMuscle saidI'm guessing around 12-14%.

Mine is getting lower, thanks to intermittent fasting. I finally found a way to lower my body fat and not feel like I am starving myself.

This photo is my most recent progress. My abs are starting to come out more than they have been in years.

    Yay. icon_smile.gif

Also, wanted to add that I have not done any cardio in about two months. Just work out with weights three days a week.

I took this photo Saturday August 20th but just started low impact cardio again in the morning and will do it three to four times a week. I anticipate this will get me even leaner.

    Stay tuned for more updates....

Okay, uh...you are HOT HOT HOT!

I feel this is a very helpful post on bodybuilding.com. It tells you what % BF would look like. I guess mine is somewhere in 13-14%. I haven't measured it >_<.

    Maybe I should.

The full house guys are hot =o That sliced guy looks disgusting.

Based on this I would guess 12-10% i haven't been tested in awhile but never really got down below 10 when I was testing.

Probably around 15. I used to think really cut guys like 7% guy were hot, but now I'm starting to like guys with about 10-15%. I actually think the guy with 14% has the best body surprisingly.

I think you have the perfect amount of body fat. Your abs are showing, but you aren't ridiculously cut either.

Somewhere around 18% bf for me, according to the USMC bodyfat calculator app. Maybe I should invest in calipers or one of those electric impedance tools...

I'm always around 7-8%. In about 8 years of testing I've never once been 10% or more in bodyfat.

Going by those guidance pics at the start, I'd guess I'm about 14%. But I've never had it measured!

I'm 10.1 per cent. By the way some guys can still have slight six packs even with higher body fat percentage due to really strong and big abs...

I think I'm around 7% now -- used to be lower when I was mountain bike racing. The staff at the Olympic center in Park City measured me once and I was off their charts -- on the low end.

Last I checked it was 7%, and that was in early July. Gonna check again on Sept 6.
