I didn't much care for any version, but ours because of all the boi racer shit hanging on it. The VRX didn't do for me and neither did the HSV. The Pontiac version was by far the cleanest IMO. -

Racing - I tend to watch more drag racing, F1, Rally, and like autocross. I've been to 1 NASCAR race and actually fell asleep in the stands at one point - definitely wasn't my thing. The people watching was more interesting than the racing...
During college, through the week I drove campus shuttle buses (standard 40ft rear engine transit buses, not cutaway cans), and on the weekends/during the summer I worked at a Saturn dealer as a lot tech/lube tech. Under the hood is my zen.
Right now, I have a 2002 Saturn VUE FWD4m that's seen a fair share of spirited trips down Tail of the Dragon, and a 2008 smart fortwo that's also had the same fate. Both are being traded on a Mercedes C250 sedan that's in the process of being ordered.
Had I not smoked so much pot, my math scores would have been better, and this is where I'd be. I'd like to have Aron Link's job if I was much younger.
Is there a circuit any better than this one?
Nurburgring-Nordschleife has to be the daddy of all circuits. -

Was Quite surprised to see the driver man-oeuvre his car through the flugpaltz section of the track (between 1:03 & 1:15). Ahhhh... it seemed like eternity. An F1 car flies through that section in just under 3 secs!!!! -

Yep spot on. Compared to the Chevy it's a pain in the ass for parts. Mechanical parts are generally common to Fords and Lincolns. It's the trim and body parts which are near impossible to find...but that's the challenge... -
Oct 18, 2011 11:02 PM GMTI'm a huge car freak here, possible borderline obsession. I'm into anything from classics to hot rods and exotics. BMW is probably up towards the top of my list... Currently keeping an eye out for a e30 BMW to build into a track car.
Aside from that, I also ride bikes including an old custom kz1000 drag bike that maybe someday I will actually get ou to the strip. -
