  I bought myself a verizon wireless smart phone 2 days ago.But my online
  account is locked.I tried to register an online account with them yesterday
  and it said it's locked.How can I unlock it?Does verizon wireless have a
  24 hours free online tech support for their costumers any time they need
  their help?

  If your phone is working you can dial #611 to get customer service. If not you can call 1-800-922-0204. Good luck.

  If your online account was locked, you will likely need to talk to them to unlock it for you. Odds are it is a security lock, so they will need to verify your you and rest your password.

  If u call on your cellphone it wouldn't matter if its long distance.. and 1-800 numbers don't apply as long distance..

  I agree with the previous poster. With some area codes short on numbers and few people use landlines for much anymore, I've had no problems keeping my southern CA cell number that I started with back in 1995.
  
  If I changed that, my friends would panic.
  
  And, calling another Verizon number anywhere in the US is usually a free unlimited call (thank you AT&T for fostering that change.)
