Well thank you for the well wishes. It is going up to 87 degrees in Toronto today, so I think summer is just around the corner (contrary to popular belief summers in Canada can be extremely hot and humid, 100+ temperatures with the humidity are not uncommon).
I workout in the morning before going to work, that is what gets me going (besides 2 cups of coffee). I hate not running on the treadmill, I get lethargic and mildly depressed.
I have a huge gratitude list running through my head all the time, including friends, family, animals, my health, good fortune, brains and all the greatness that surrounds me. When I think of all of this, I could never be down for a second!
These are all great things you guys I think it's important to share our positive vibes with the world right now because there are a lot of downtrodden and depressed people. If we all just share our common bonds and love one another the world can be a great place.
