Ok, so real jock ive been at it a while. Honestly, my biggest motivator has been to keep my self from being depressed. It turns out that little endorphin rush I get from running two miles and then lifting weights does wonders for ur mind and apparently body. I passed a milestone today. I bench pressed my body weight. A vast majority of you will not be impressed since i only weigh 145lbs but to me it was great. Finally, i feel like my body and health is headed in the right direction. 3 things made me start working out consistently: 1. antidepressant 2. realjock and 3. Old people (haha). I use to sit and monitor the gym everyday and these elderly(im talking in there 70's) people would come in every day to work out. I was just finally like WTF! If they can do it everyday with little to no excuse then I definetly have no excuse. So thanks to all the guys on real jock who have given me advice and encouraged me thus far. keep it up i know ill need more help to keep my routine varied and my drive consistent.
