Real quick one for you guys, looking at my cool new gym's class schedule and interested in checking out H.I.T. since I heard good stuff on here about H.I.I.T. but I'm not sure if it's the same thing, they just cut an "I" off.

Their description:
H.I.T.- This class will challenge all fitness levels with a variety of basic sports drills, strength training, kickboxing, and stretch all mixed together to form an intense workout.

If I like this one, I might check out "Yogalates"icon_exclaim.gif
