i'm moving to a new town, and with it comes a new gym (i have the luxury of living right above my new gym, but thats a different story).

I had a little tour of the new gym when i subscribed, it's brand new, with lots of new gear. One of the things they showed me was Technogym's Kinesis equipment (check it out at http://www.technogym.com/be/viewdoc.asp?co_id=240&target=commercial). It looks like a really smooth machine, with lots of motions.

I've been trying to find routines to do on those, and i'm sure the people at the gym will have some, but i'm a bit of a geek and like to know everything before i actually start.

So, does anyone have any experience with this ? Pointers, tips, pro/cons ? It looks like it could replace the exercises i do at the cable machines.
