    Has anyone tried Aminogen to increase protein absorption and reduce gas and bloating?

    When I drink protein shakes (Muscle Milk) I mix it with water, but usually have enough gas to power a small car. I'm wondering if anyone tried Aminogen and if they had any success with it. Here is a link describing the supplement;

    Based on what this link says, mixing pineapple with the protein may help I may try that first before trying the supplement.

    In the meantime, I am staying away from open flames. icon_eek.gif

    I'm a big fan of Muscle Milk, but interested in trying something new. I'll give this stuff a shot and letcha know.

    I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Whey Protein and it has Aminogen added. I don't have any gas problems from whey protein, but don't know if that's due to the inclusion of Aminogen or not.

    If you go to the Protein Factory site you can actually mix up your own protein formula and get Aminogen added. I also saw some some multi-vitamins that had it included it in the formula.
