Question for uncut guys who run. Do does your foreskin prevent the head/glans from being exposed when running or do you still feel some friction/sensation, honestly?

    this shit is so unholy

Im uncut & very very hygienic
my ex boyfriend(mothafuckin cheater) was a cut
& his dick was unhealthy & sick
    Gawd
    being uncut aint a disease
it makes our dicks more moist & pink
my dick is pink check my profile & cut dicks have no moistness

also while circumcising ...some hardly wonder but the prepuce has tiny cells on it as its a skin organ & foreskin protects it & hence uncut men are so very sensitive .
The cut dick doesnt have a protection on it so it get friction from jeans ,underwear ,etc
& looses it many sensory cells due to them

All major uncut countries have a large population coz we are more sexually active
China, japan,India are examples of it !
one little touch & we get hard
having a clean foreskin is better than getting circumcised
    i wouldn't circum ever
coz circumcised dicks are dry like hell dont like the harshness
check my pictures in my profile u would understand

circumcision can be an option only for a guy whose foreskin doesnt fold back while he gets an erection
mine is large but folds back & is the bestest as those who sucked it just cant take it from their mouth

I have some guys who sucked me for more than 2 hours & some who just like to me to put my dick in their mouth the whole night
& they say its the best 6 inch tool they can ever get !
get over the foreskin bitches & stop being partial to those who are uncut
we are equally or more better

Getting back to the original topic.

According to some studies, uncircumcised men are twice as likely to contract HIV than circumcised men. This has nothing to do with hygiene, so keeping clean is not the issue. Not living in Africa is not going to help, as some have suggested.

There is a type of cell called a Langerhan Cell that is present in the foreskin, the vagina, etc. It is thought that HIV cells target the Langerhans cells. Removing the foreskin, and thus removing the Langerhans cells on the foreskin, has been shown to reduce the risk of HIV infection by half.

This does not seem to play a role in the transmission of other STIs, however.

    As for the cut/uncut debate.

It really doesn't make much difference.

Cut and uncut men are all roughly equal in "sensitivity" and "enjoy sex" the same amount and have roughly the same amount of sex. If you're cut and are happy with it, then great! If you are uncut and are happy with it, then great! If you are not happy with your foreskin or lack thereof, just know that it's all in your head. Learn to like your own dick and respect the fact that other people like theirs. It's all simply a matter of personal preference.

    1) Bear in mind that orgasm is not related to the foreskin. It involves activity of the neurones in the hypothalamus of the brain. We all have been with guys who were able to orgasm without touching themselves.

    2) Masters & Johnson conducted tests on penis sensitivity in 1966, and since then, several other studies have been conducted in the U.S., London, Turkey, Uganda, etc. with the finding that "there was no difference in sexual drive, erection, ejaculation, problem assessment or satisfaction compared with what the men recalled sex being like prior to foreskin removal. Penile sensitivity was the same."

In fact, in a Kenyan study, 64% of the men in a trial study on adult-circumcision "reported an INCREASE in their penile sensitivity and 55% reported greater ease in reaching orgasm [Krieger et al., 2008]."

    3) Unfortunately for uncut guys, there is evidence that, generally speaking, cut men last a little longer, but not by much - 6 min vs 6.8 min.

    4) Personal bias plays a role in how cut/uncut is perceived. In the U.S., where there is a bias in favor of circumcision, where a man was cut as an adult, "Both the men and their partners preferred the appearance of the penis after it had been circumcised. As in other studies [Laumann et al., 1997] oral sex became more frequent, but there was no change in anal sex or masturbation [Fink et al., 2002]. Their partners were also more likely to initiate sex with them."

In a London study, where there is a bias in favor of not being cut, after being cut, only 38% of the partners preferred the appearance after being circumcised.

im not sure about weather your more at risk for std being cut or uncut i do remember reading somewhere that circumcision was originally a religious ceremony done to keep boys from masturbating and over time it evolved into a legit medical practice. it does however make sex considerably less pleasurable by desensitizing the nerves on the tip of the penis. =P icon_eek.gificon_rolleyes.gif

You just answered your own question. Being uncut has been proven to put guys at greater risk of HIV transmission.

Well guys think about it. The rate of HIV infection in New York and London are probably about the same. So since guys in the US are mostly cut, and guys in the UK are mostly uncut, does that not speak volumes that you should ALWAYS use a condom?

southbeach1500 saidAs for enjoyment, cut guys are missing out on a huge spectrum of erotic sensation. It's like cut guys can see in grayscale, whereas uncut guys see in full color. Both can "see" - but one can "see" much more.

It's official: Circumcision DOESN'T affect sexual pleasure, according to biggest ever study of the issue
    giphy.gif
    Published: 12:25 EST, 6 December 2013

Being circumcised does not affect a man's sex life, a landmark study has revealed.

Australian scientists analysed nearly 40 studies and concluded that the procedure had no effect on sensitivity or satisfaction.

While some studies have previously reported a negative outcome, these were found to have flaws - and their reliability has been called into question by this latest research.

The most scientifically rigorous studies, however, concluded the circumcision had little, if any, effect.

Lead author of the study, Professor Brian Morris of the University of Sydney, told MailOnline: 'This is a ground-breaking article...

...the highest-quality studies suggest that medical male circumcision has no adverse effect on sexual function, sensitivity, sexual sensation, or satisfaction.'

He and his co-researcher John Krieger looked at 36 studies totalling 40,473 men - half of were circumcised and half were not. Each of the studies was graded in terms of quality, according to official guidelines.

The professors found that the very high quality studies reported circumcision 'had no overall adverse effect on penile sensitivity, sexual arousal, sexual sensation, erectile function, premature ejaculation, duration of intercourse, orgasm difficulties, sexual satisfaction, pleasure, or pain during penetration.'

In contrast, the studies which find negative effects were poor quality, Dr Morris said.

He added: 'The methodology was impeccable - it searched all of the conventional publication databases to retrieve all research articles containing relevant data. It then ranked these by quality according to the conventional guidelines.'

The study, published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, discusses large studies to back up the findings.

One high-quality trial of nearly 3,000 sexually experienced men in Kenya involved them completing a questionnaire at six-monthly intervals up to 24 months after they were circumcised.

At each time point, there were no significant differences in sexual performance or satisfaction in men who were circumcised and those who weren't.

At 24 months, 99.9 per cent of men were satisfied with their circumcisions. In fact, 72 per cent of men said sensitivity had increased and 19 per cent said it was the same.

Ease of reaching orgasm was greater in 63 per cent and the same in 22 per cent.

Another large trial, involving 2,250 Ugandan men, found no difference in sexual desire or difficulty in achieving or maintaining an erection. A year after circumcision, 99 per cent reported being sexually satisfied...

Blood borne diseases are more easily transmitted through small cuts and abrasions. Uncut penises have a higher risk of transmission because, due to being covered most of the time, the head of the penis is susceptible to sustaining cuts and abrasion all of which are small but are the method of entry into the blood stream. You have all heard about TOPs who may be at risk of aquiring HIV? Well there is some of the explanation why it is possible for a TOP to get HIV from a neg btm. Other than that provided uncut cocks are cleaned and condoms used there is only minimal difference, just preference. Personally I think genitals are functional and should be clean as I don't personally think genitals are astheticly pleasing on their own it's what our thoughts of what we do or want to do with them that is hot

Ekho saidTMI but my dick seriously fuckn stinks like cock in the morning before I shower. I can't imagine if I was uncut how much worse that would b. plus if ur uncut all ur urine is stuck inside the foreskin keeping the head moist or whatever but it's just ur piss an sweat and Precum that never gets a chance to dry. My dick already smells in the morning like I said soooo

No, you peel it back when you piss. And I touch up with a wet wash cloth periodically. "Never" gets to dry? Simply not true. Some guys like that earthy smell. But I gotta keep it clean.....no smegma!

Everyone smells in the morning: bad breath, arm pits, asses, cocks. Deal with it or clean it up first.

Satirical and moderately entertaining i guess. It doesn't try to hide it's bias nor that it is not trying to prove a scientific fact. I did like how they used the euphemism style of teaching children the facts of life to ridicule the pro-circumcision argument, even though I agree with circumcision.

BTW has anybody asked an adult who for medical reason or out of choice had a circumcision performed on them after the age of 15yr old and would they prefer that there parents did it at a much younger age??

Anyway people who are hung up about themselves or their guy having a foreskin really need to do their research and probably get a life more importantly. If that's your only issue in life you have nothing to complain about

This doctor essentially blasts those studies, and I agree with him. At any rate, the idea that you're going to cut off this fabulous part of the penis so as to reduce an HIV risk by the most minuscule stats, is lunacy.

I'm 8 months into foreskin restoration, and it is the best thing I've done this year. I love that expanding shaft skin, it is so silky, smooth, and amazing feeling.

Even if some of the neigh-sayers about the benefits of circumcision, I am very intrigued about why there is such a big fuss about this matter. There seems to me to be excessive attention about this matter which for people who are already adult age, should not be so concerned about. All of you who have stated your hatred of circumcision, none of you have stated any credible case for reversal other than vanity. The truth is that it is only when a penis is flacid that there even appears to be any visual difference and if you are seeing your partners penis flacid for long enough for this issue to bother you, obviously you need to work on other parts of your body as you aren't turning him on very much. I have noticed a fad of recent years where some men prefer uncut cocks, nothing wrong with that its a preference and while I find it silly, what turns a guy on is what turns him on. Truth is many will grow out of it and this matter will become far less important in the bigger scheme of things, in other words no longer a 'deal breaker' for many of them. I think from reading posts online and talking to people that the truth is, penis size envy is whats driving this asthetic/cosmetic wish. Nobody will have a better or worse sex life from being cut or uncut and the accusations of loosing penis length anyway make the arguements of those who want everyone to be uncut, a laughing stock.

Maybe all of you who are making such a big deal of this should gain some persepective. By that I mean that if not having a foreskin is such a big focus in your life, you really have many other things going right for you and have very very little to complain about. I get that some people have a turn on for foreskins and good on them even though I don't see how it can be a turn on myself. Personally for the record I have not, will not ever choose to sleep with a man based on his cock being cut or uncut. For those of you who do, it says a lot about your character and reassures me that if I was knocked back by a guy based soley on my cock being cut or uncut, I would be thankful not disappointed, because a person who does that is very shallow and not likely to give me a fun sexual experience anyway so I am lucky to have been saved from a bad sexual experience. Anyone else thought of things that way???
