V for Vendetta - the scene "Valerie's Letter" almost always makes me burst into tears. It's just so beautiful. Especially since it deals with LBGT issues - it strikes me at the very center of my emotional core. In my opinion, it's the most beautiful monologue in all of cinema:www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTav4f0B4uQ
"Our integrity sells for so little, yet it is all we have... it is the very last inch of us, but within that inch, we are free. I shall die here. Every inch of me shall perish... but one. An inch. It is small, and it is fragile, but it is the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose it, or give it away. We must never let them take it from us. I hope that the world turns, and things get better. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that even though I don't know you, and even though I may never meet you, laugh with you, cry with you, or even kiss you, I love you. With all my heart, I love you."
Also, since I'm so young, the end of Toy Story 3. I grew up with the movies, so to see the love and care that Pixar put into the trilogy so that it could grow up with their audience is just tear-jerking. The end of the Lord of the Rings gets me too.
As for songs, I can never listen to or sing Silent Night without shedding a few tears. I don't need to be religious. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGA6djLsDgs
