Is this jet piloted by unicorns, or does it have a stylish norwhal horn?
    Either way, I want one

I wasn't allowed to ask when I acquired it, and every time I use it I'm forcibly blindfolded.

You should probably check on that... it might not even be a real magical unicorn jet!

paulflexes saidGoogle + local references (met in real life) helped me learn the Phoenix metro area (and yes, I hang out in Scat-dale sometimes, too).

RJ isn't going to help much.
He could always look up old threads with the same wording in the topic. icon_neutral.gif

I'd be mad if I was being whizzed through the air by anything other than unicorns. What if it's a magical gremlin jet? We couldn't have that. They can't even fly.

try using meetup.com you can find events that are related to your interests and the time and location .

Although extremely crowded it's always good to go to coney island on a friday night. they stop doing free karaoke there but they still do the 10pm fireworks and it gets better everytime.

AVOID Times Square. I don't understand why everyone is attracted to that place. Its just a bunch of billboards and you can barely move. There is no good food there either. I only passed on my way to another street.

Make sure you walk The High Line. It is in the Chelsea Neighborhood of Manhattan. It is a mile long and you get great sights of the city and its just great to be in a park setting that is above the street.

Ex_Mil8 saidI went there for 7 days over Xmas/New Year. I walked about 15 miles per day, but then I love walking in cities and the weather was amazingly good.

Seriously, the thinnest people in the US live in New York CIty, Chicago, and San Francisco. They are the only three really walkable cities in the US. Well, maybe Boston is too, somewhat.

Yeah haha Houston and Dallas are fat.

It was a toss-up between Chicago and NYC, but I do not own a pair of snow shoes, so NYC won.

I have worn a path on the streets of San Francisco too. Portland and Seattle are also pretty good for foot slogging (albeit on a smaller scale).

Cranky, Seattle is also incredibly walkable. The entire downtown area takes an hour to walk through. The only concern is rain but it doesn't get moist anywhere near as much as people think

    Thanks for the suggestions e'rbody
