Hi guys Chicago Market Days is in 1 week. I have gotten myself back to pre-breakup shape of 6 mos ago or so, but my abd still havent come back 100%. I know how to do more cardio and eat less carbs/fats more than usual this week to get them to pop byt anyone got any quick tips for fast effects?
My uncle is a bodybuilder and he used to do this water elimination thing with drinking more water days before a competition then no salts and no potassium...it was complicated but it seemed to work for him, what was he doing?
