Looking for a 'beginner friendly' personal trainer in Hackney/Dalston

    As above...

    I need a bit of a kick up the backside to get myself fitter and healthier. I'm not overweight but have never enjoyed exercise. I'm now in my early forties think its time to bite the bullet. Anyone else out there? icon_smile.gif

    I don´t have any names for you in that area, but a few tips:

    Go for someone who actually is concerned about sorting out the imbalances in your body before they just make you WORK HARD and SWEAT. Those with little skill just make you jump around with little thought as to balancing out front/back, left/right, upper/lower.

    Realise that the majority of the work involved happens outside the gym with your diet (incredibly important) and your rest schedule.

    I can recommend someone down in South Kensington... but that´s probably not what you are after...

    South Ken is a but far from me sadly. There is a place in Islington called Revolution that I'm considering but would welcome any other advice.
